Who it's for

Two reasons to test.

Symptomatic

You noticed something.

Blood in your urine. Frequent urination. Something feels off. The Ping test gives you fast preliminary results while you wait for your specialist referral -- so you and your doctor can move forward with more information.

Surveillance

You've been here before.

Non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer has a high recurrence rate. Long-term monitoring is standard -- but cystoscopy every few months is a real burden. The Ping test offers a non-invasive molecular check between visits, used alongside your urologist's care.

Why this matters

Bladder cancer comes back.

About 760,000 people in the United States are living with bladder cancer right now. Most have non-muscle-invasive disease -- which is treatable, but requires long-term monitoring because recurrence rates are high. That means regular cystoscopies, often for years. The burden adds up.

A complement to your care

Cystoscopy is the gold standard.

Ping Bladder gives you extra confidence between visits.

Your urologist will still use cystoscopy when it matters most. But cystoscopy is invasive, expensive, and negative most of the time. For patients managing a long-term surveillance schedule, the Ping test adds a non-invasive, objective molecular check -- so you and your care team have more information, sooner.

  • Definitive diagnostic tool
  • Requires specialist and procedure room
  • $2,000 to $4,000 per visit
  • Invasive -- sedation often required
  • Negative in 9 out of 10 visits

The science

The strongest accuracy numbers available.

The Ping test detects specific protein biomarkers in urine that are associated with bladder cancer. This is not a visual test -- it is a molecular one. The result does not depend on who reads the sample or how it looks under a microscope. It is objective, reproducible, and clinically validated.

In clinical studies, the Ping test achieved 100% sensitivity, 94.6% specificity, and a 100% Negative Predictive Value. No other non-invasive bladder cancer test matches that combination. A Clear result means there is no high-risk cancer detected. That is not a guess -- it is the highest NPV available.

Simple results, fast.

Clear

No high-risk cancer detected. 100% NPV means this result is as reliable as it gets.

Follow-up recommended

Protein markers suggest your urologist should take a closer look. Your result goes directly to your provider.

Real people

What patients have to say.

For clinicians

Works with your protocol.

The Ping test is designed to complement your existing surveillance regimen -- not replace it. It provides an objective molecular data point between cystoscopies, helping you and your patient make more informed decisions about timing and next steps. Primary care physicians, urologists, or oncologists can order it directly.
